Yesterday at church our youth Pastor preached. His message was awesome and aligned perfectly with what Jason and I have been praying about, to have a child. His message was Faith Under Pressure. He preached that biblical faith BELIEVES that God can, EXPECTS that HE will, but TRUSTS even if HE doesn't. He said we need to have a, "but even if you don't, you are still God" kind of faith. The hit me very hard yesterday. Even if his answer is no for us to have a child, He is still God. Isaiah 55:9 says, "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." No matter what His will, will always be done because He is higher than us and knows what is BEST for us. So I decided yesterday that even if He doesn't give us a child, He is still God and I will trust Him fully. Why? Simply Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in PERFECT PEACE him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you." God bless and Happy Memorial Day!
